I’ve loved writing from the time I could hold a crayon. Strongly discouraged from it in high school, I found my way back to my first love after graduate school. God opened doors allowing me to become an Evangelical Christian Publishers Association bestselling author with novels like Chase the Dream, which I updated a few years ago and posted along with other works when I started this website, including the starting pages of Chase‘s sequel, now a fully-drafted manuscript.

Life is still busier than I’d hoped, but I’m writing when I can. This spring we’ve been seeing more owls than usual. I make a point of not disturbing wildlife but got a picture of this saw whet on one of our woodland rambles. It’s a later, drier spring than I’ve ever seen, with extreme fire danger. It’ll be another year of drought leaves, but we were recently blessed with a bit of rain. Despite the cold weather, the grass is slowly greening.
